St Leonards Rd
Kirkham Board executed a £1mil whole house refurbishment in St Leonards Road, Exeter.
We undertook refurbishment, alterations, and an extension to a Grade II Listed Building.
Bartholomew Street, Exeter
We acted as the architects for 17 Bartholomew Street, which involved changing a commercial photocopy company into luxury residential accommodation. We also added a whole floor extension to the roof, which seamlessly blended into the surrounding contextual environment.
Paternoster House
We were originally appointed by a London Agent in 2003 to provide a Building Survey for the building for oversea owners. This led to a comprehensive review of the building and a considered approach to development within the city centre. A Planning consent was granted in 2016 for a residential development. In 2023, Nooko Developments acquired the building an enacted the 2016 Planning consent for the residential development for 29new dwellings within the city centre former first department store.
The development has its own rooftop terrace with 360degree views of Exeter and stunning views of the front of Exeter Cathedral.
Estuary League of Friends
Founded in 1987, The Estuary League of Friends (ELoF) is a charity based in Topsham, Devon, that aims to create a community hub offering support services and activities, especially for vulnerable members of the community. After securing funding and completing the construction process, the new two-storey Community Hub, which includes a library, café, and fitness room, opened to the public on July 2, 2018.
