Development & Viability

In association with Burrows Hutchinson, Kirkham Board provide advice and support in relation to all aspects of development viability for Public Sector and Private Clients, from large scale urban regeneration to small rural projects.

We work throughout the South West and Wales to inform, guide and test planning policy for a range of Local Authority clients in addition to assessing new scheme applications.

This involves reviewing the suitability of s.106 obligations and as part of the drive toward Net Zero, testing the implications and deliverability of sustainable building standards.

Burrows Hutchinson and Kirkham Board provide advice at all stages of the development process from pre-application through to committee and expert witness.
