Queen of the Dart
'Queen of the Dart' was a bungalow set in some 10 acres of untouched woodland.
Kirkham Board acted as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the scheme which comprised of the complete demolition of the original bungalow and the construction of a new environmentally friendly house; complete with copper roof, timber frame filled with sheep's wool insulation, and 'green' heating system

Well House is an 18th Century, grade II star listed, period house tucked away in Olchard, Devon.
The property was completely renovated and refurbished and is now enjoyed as a Devon base for its London based owners.

Doble Farm
Kirkham Board were appointed to oversee the procurement of a single storey extension providing a Sun Lounge, Utility Room, Gym and Study Annex on an existing dwelling in Mid Devon. The works were initially started by the Client and a Contractor who fell into dispute mid-way through the project. We were asked to adjudicate on the dispute(s) before re-tendering the works required to complete the project.
The work included stripping and re-slating one section of roof, completing external timber cladding including remediation of incomplete details, stone facing and render to plinth walls, completion of internal 2nd fix electrical work, joinery, decoration and flooring.
